You can have e-mails sent from @mcmaster.ca directly to your apple e-mail by going into MUGSI and changing your primary e-mail to that of your apple e-mail (I think it's in Profile)

You have have e-mails forwards from @muss.cis.mcmaster.ca to your apple e-mail by going into your McMaster e-mail and then rules.

This won't be specifically tailored to your program, but it will be a good enough guide as to what kind of options you need to be selecting.

Also for the server use: muss.cis.mcmaster.ca

So use your program and hit up 'New Email Account' or something. Fill it in with the stuff in the guide and you should be all set. An alternative to this is to forward all your Mac email to an existing email account, BUT you lose the ability to send from the Mac address.

Step 1: Get a PC.
Step 2: Use Thunderbird/Outlook.
Step 3: Problem solved.
