Is there an option to go to the last page of a topic, by default? its annoying viewing a topic thats on page "x" but if you click its name it will go to page 1.

You can click on the little arrow thing next to username on the Last Post column.

Starting from the top left corner of the page:

My Settings, My Settings and Privacy on left-hand bar, scroll down to Thread Display Options, under Thread Display Mode select Linear - Newest First from drop down menu.

Presto, end by default.
