Chapter 1: B, C (not B6-8)
Chapter 6: A, B, C, D
Chapter 7: A, B, C, D
Chapter 4: A-F
Chapter 5: A-F
Chapter 8: A-D plus ch...apter 9 (C and D)
Chapter 12: E4 and E5
Chapter 21: Radiation
Chapter 9: A, B, E, F, G
Chapter 10: A-F
Chapter 15: A-H
Chapter 16: A-E
Chapter 12: A-E
Chapter 13: A-J (with emphasis on G, carnot engines)

Last year the exam was almost exactly like the assignments, and midterms, i.e. a lot of theory questions and some calculations.
It was long, and involved a lot of writing and i remember that i was struggling to finsih at the end.
I think I did fairly well on the exam, or they bell-curved it, because my grade didn't change after it.
