English course
I am extremely bad at writing
What is an easy English course that I can take at mcmaster or another university over the summer

You will have to write in any English course. Unless you have a specific need to take it (for a minor, what you want to do later, etc., don't bother. Don't take it just to say you have an English credit.

If you still want to take English, 1A03 is probably the best bet. Lots of near-free marks in the course. You can write lousy essays and still do fairly well. There are writing workshops offered as part of the course and by the Student Success Centre (no grades/credits). I would maybe try one of the SSC ones first.
