They all have a registrar-scheduled exam during the exam period. However, some of the six unit ones will not have a midterm one (i.e. December); but that really depends on the prof.
If you are interested in certain courses, I would suggest looking at the course reviews; there is lots of info on courses in there...but I would suggest waiting to see what's available for this year...some courses are only offered every other year or every two years.
