Envir Sc 1a03
I'm looking at taking the envir sc 1A03 class in the 2012 summer term
but I have no science backgorund and i'm not sure if I should take this class without any science knowledge
I need a summer bird class and not sure if this is the class to take
If anyone can help me out if its a more science based class

thanks!

Enviro Sci 1A03 isn't science based nor are any of the first year enviro science courses to be honest. They run more like Social Science courses in 1st year because they're open to everyone . It's all about climate and weather so if you're into that, it should be good - won't say too easy though! Hope that helps!

There is alot of calculations when it comes to the water table part. But you just need to know that column 3 = column 1 - column 2 ... stuff like that

Personally, I didn't enjoy it (and I'm supposed to be going into environmental science)

I wouldn't call it a bird course though

I would call it a bird course because obtaining the marks were easy even though all of the material was extremely dry and more then 90% of it did not make sense to me. I just did what I was told, and I studied what I was told will be on the exam, and got an 10.
