Enviro Sc 1A03 summer
I'm taking enviro sc 1a03 this summer. Can anyone tell me how the course is during summer? I have Dr. Bernier as my prof. Also, I know there's a textbook to buy but is there a lab manual too? And I am sure I have labs for this class too but my schedule doesn't show the lab time for envrio, why is that?
Thanx for the help!

I just had this course in winter 2011 with Dr. Bernier.
The course is very easy in a sense that everything is doable. You have ample resources to do well. he will tell u pretty much everything that will be tested on tests and exam. labs are very very easy.

this course is often described as a bird course. however, the material taught in this class can get VERY DRY. i hated this class because i found it boring ( i slept in every class). if boring courses don't annoy u and u can do well in them, then take this course. if u cant stand boring courses and are going to skip classes etc.. then dont take it. i skipped this class MANY times, and i m the kind of person who SIMPLY CANT cram every thing in my mind on the last day. if u simply review the notes he gives u weekly (everything is tested from those notes - no unpleasant surprises in this class), u will easily get a 90+ on tests and exam.

there is no need to buy the textbook. it didnt help me and u can borrow a good weather book form the lib and it will tell u ALL U NEED TO KNOW. and u can always google too.

kevin.pog, luna all say thanks to epikness for this post.

I'm taking it this june. My schedule shows the lecture time but not the lab time. so does that mean that labs will somehow be during lectures or are there no labs in summer??

since there are NO labs listed on the mcmaster "master course timetable" for enviro sci 1a03, there will be no labs for this course this summer.

All enviro sci classes have such tedious labs, this course must be so different without them
