To everyone with the Physics1B03 + BIO2A03 problem
I emailed Dr. Karen Hughes and here is what she said:

Hi

Its a level one course and the seats are being held back until after
level one registers. You'll be able to register July 11.

OK?
K.Hughes

So I guess we'll have to wait!
Problem solved(*sarcastic voice).

If you're having trouble registering in Bio 2A03 (it says you don't have the academic requisites) but you're already registered in Physics 1B03, just email the office of the associate dean ([email protected]) . I did that this morning and they sent me an email saying that they'd give me a waiver and I should be able to register within a few hours.

Lol, sounds like something Dr. Hughes would say. She's probably annoyed all these people are emailing her about Bio 2A03, I remember her (well intentioned and funny) rant in first year about telling everyone they don't *really* want to go to medical school

Protip: Try to get a waiver from Dr. McLelland and you'll have a better chance of getting into 2A03 before it fills up!
