EWB WEEN, A Day in the Life& Exec Elections!
Hey everyone!
So this week is a packed one for EWB!
As usual our weekly engagement night will be taking place tomorrow WEDNESDAY MARCH 10th
Place: JHE 328
Time: 6:30 pm-7:30 pm
This week's activity will focus around the role of energy in Rural Africa and the developing world in general, with the focus on Shea Butter.
Also on Thursday March 11th is our event "A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OVERSEAS VOLUNTEER"
This event will take place in MUSC atrium and showcase an interactive shanty town/ model village.
Come out to learn more about the day-to-day activites of both longterm (APS- African Programming Staff) and shorterm (JF- Junior Fellows) volunteers with EWB.
Also on WEDNESDAY MARCH 10TH & THURSDAY MARCH 11TH are polling days for the EWB referendum (held concurrently w/ SRA elections)
Polling stations are faculty specific and are as follows:
Arts & Science: The Commons Lobby
Commerce: DeGroote School of Business (DSB) Lobby
Engineering: John Hodgins (JHE) Lobby
Health Sciences: Ewart Angus Lobby
Humanities: Mills Library Lobby
Kinesiology: David Braley Athletic Centre (DBAC) Lobby
Nursing: Ewart Angus Lobby
Science: Day 1- JHE
Day 2- BSB
Social Sciences: McMaster University Student Centre (MUSC) Atrium
To conclude this jam packed week we have EWB 2010-2011 EXEC ELECTIONS!
When: Friday March 12
Time 7:00 AM (thats not a typo..its bright and early)
Place: JHE lobby/ EWB office (JHE B134A..go down the stairs near Mac Express and its right there)

-Director of Member Learning
-Director of Chapter Health
-Director of Fundraising
-Director of Recruitment and Visibility
-Director of Fair Trade Awareness
-Director of School's Outreach
-Director of Youth Engagment
-Director of Advocacy
-Knowledge Team Leader
-Director of Overseas Connection
-Direcotr of Curriculum
-Director of Global Engineering
-Director of External Communications
If you already are involved in EWB, wanted to start/ learn more or just going to be up and around @ 7 am and are feeling electoral then come on out!
