Hi,
does anybody knows if it is posible to write the exam in december early??
I'm taking one of first year math courses and I would really like it to write it earlier than it is posted.
Any advice?

You should have a better reason other than "I really want to".

They'll only let you if there's a legit reason (eg. you're from out of province, it's your last exam and you have a flight home scheduled then) and provide evidence (eg. flight itinerary/boarding ticket).

Depends on your faculty.

Your academic advisor is from the faculty you're in, but the procedure might be different for the faculty the course is in. If you're not sure, email a course coordinator to ask who to contact.

Also, I've never heard of them letting you "early write" an exam. Whenever people are unable to write the exam on the scheduled date, it is deferred. December exams are deferred to reading week in February.

There are due dates for professors to hand in their exams to the exam office, and they are all different depending on when the exam is. So let's say if your exam is scheduled on the last day of the exam period but you want to write it on the first day, it might be tough because maybe your professor hasn't even handed in the exam yet. Try anyways.
