Exam Schedule
I have 3 final exams within 24hrs (12 Dec @ 19:30, 13 Dec @ 9:00 & 16:00) and was wondering if I report it to the registrar regarding this issue, what would be the chances of rescheduling my exams? Would they most likely to postpond / move maybe one of the exams in an earlier date?

Thanks in Advance!!

Taken right from the registrar's website:

Quote:
The following types of problems should be reported to the Examinations Office Room114, Gilmour Hall after the final timetable is posted. A minimum of ten working days prior to the scheduled examination date is required to facilitate the re-scheduling of examinations.
  1. More than one examination scheduled at the same time.
  2. Three examinations in one calendar day (midnight to midnight).
  3. Three consecutive examinations over two days.
  4. Two consecutive examinations if first one is 3hrs long for December exams only.
Them being "within 24 hours" is irrelevant.

They are not at the same time, so option 1 is out.
They are not within one calendar day, so option 2 is out.
And since I believe there are also 12:30pm exams, they are not consecutive, so option 3 is out.
And although the first and second exams are considered "consecutive", I don't think it counts since they're on different days - the reason for this one is that you wouldn't have enough time in between exams. If you have a whole night, that's considered "enough time", I'm pretty sure. So in that case, option 4 is out.

Do you really think that the university would change the ENTIRE exam schedule because one student had a shitty schedule? Buckle down like the rest of the student body and plan your studying around your schedule so that you can be prepared

Try emailing your profs - I had 3 exams within 24 hours and one was rescheduled by the prof... I pleaded with the middle exam prof and got alternative arrangements made (they bumped it to the next day) but it's totally up to the profs discretion
