They both played at the Opera House, Wintersun on Sunday and Finntroll on Monday. Wintersun was created by the ex-singer of Ensiferum, but they're not really folk, more melodeath.

This is my favourite: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2p9PsVD9Ho

Instrumental Metal/Prog Metal/Djent is my fav. :3

Something about no vocals and just interpreting the song for yourself is super. Give Intervals, Animals as Leaders, Modern Day Babylon, Pomegranate Tiger and Scale the Summit all a listen. But mainly the first 3. Periphery's instrumental album is also quite tasty.

Hey dudes. I'm a metal dude too and have found some cool bands on youtube, mostly 70's and 80's ones. Saxon was pretty kickass with Wheels of Steel, Strangers in the Night (747), Princess of the Night, and Denim and Leather, those are pretty kickass songs. Pretty much the Denim and Leather album and Wheels of Steel albums by Saxon. Then I found this other decent 70's band, welsh dudes, Budgie. Whiskey River, I Can't See my Feelings, and pretty much Bandolier was a good album by them, There's more by them just look them up. Than I found this other cool band with a few decent tunes, they are called Captain Beyond. The former singer before Ian Gillan of Deep Purple was in that band (Rod Evans). Then you got 90's stuff like Alice in Chains Dirt from 1992, Badmotorfinger by Soundgarden from 1991, and than Pealr Jam Ten from 1990 or so. Or even Core by Stone Temple Pilots or Temple of the Dog from 1991 by Temple of the Dog. Not sure if your into any of these bands but those first few I mentioned are pretty good heavy bands from the 70's and 80's.
