My friends and I are looking into renting a four person house but currently there is only three of us. The rent is reasonable ($460 all-inclusive) for a 12 month lease, the house is about a 7 minute walk from campus (directly across from Fortinos). My friends and I are quiet and not partiers (and all in first year Health Science).

I was wondering how realistic is it to find a fourth roommate, we haven't much luck finding someone who is looking for a single room in a house.

You'd probably get more people interested (on here at least) if you posted pictures of the interior of the place or at least an exact address, apart from that, i'm sure that as the time to rent expires, you'll find someone who'll want the room.
