You're just going to have to accept that you may not always have an inspiring reason to do your work. Sometimes you're going to have days when it seems like there's no particular reason to do your work.
Stop trying to rationale why you should do work and just do it. It's simple to start, but hard to be consistent with.

I have to strongly disagree, aren't we all here so we aren't stuck with crappy jobs in the future, if that isn't motivation I don't know what is.
