It's almost the end of the year. Maybe you achieved what you wanted to. Maybe you came nowhere close. Regradless of how close or far you were in reaching your goals, you should take the time to watch these.
I'm not the type to watch Oprah. But I was shown an excerpt of one of her recent episodes and...wow. She had a speaker on there, Randy Pausch who was amazing. He is dying of pancreatic cancer, and gave a motivational speech to the audience, based on the last lecture he gave to his students at Carnegie-Mellon University. That lecture has been downloaded over a million times.
