Were your marks above an F level? If so, go and speak with your faculty advisor and email your professor. It is possible the mark is incorrect.

Thats the lab safety course, right?
So you did everything you were supposed to?

Unfortunately, Chad and I don't know because we're not in science. And thus far no science people have come to your aid.
If the course was the lab safety course as I thought, I was under the impression that if you failed, you couldn't do any of your lab components. So it is likely it is a technical error as you exclaimed.
Good luck!

Unfortunately, we are not administration so we can't really tell you what this means. Thus, all we can really suggest is contact your faculty guidance department and see what happened.
If it was an error like dwxabing5 said, it should right itself. BUT, incase it doesn't do so automatically you should contact someone. Marks can take a looong time to change (sometimes months; as was my experience).
