First year Chemistry Question
Are we allowed to use a periodic table, or given Solubility guidelines?

Sorry lol it may seem rather early but I unfortunately did not memorize any of the charges well enough and im wondering if i should look at my periodic table for the next two weeks or so lol

You are given a periodic table on all tests and exams to use. However, I believe you have to memorize all the solubility stuff. I know, it's a drag...

Yes you do get to reference them. All of the tests usually have the periodic table attached and any other constants you may need. After all, in real life, you don't need to memorize things like this - you'll always be able to reference.
I cannot remember if the soluability stuff is for sure included but they will tell you before your test.

lol problem with these periodic tables is that some have no ionic charges on them..like i kno the group charges but i guess on others lol =P

I only have one chem course thankfully..

hey kevin100! I just went and checked what we were given in chem 1e03 and yep mitch and temara are right about the periodic table. You're also given constants and some equations and also they provided some basic solubility rules (ie. all common nitrates are soluble)

kenvin100 says thanks to zoyy for this post.
