They could have a smartphone, desktop computer, friends with smartphones or computers, or perhaps even library access... the odds that whoever lost this laptop doesn't fit into at least one of these groups seems pretty low. Not that they'll necessarily check on here to look for it, but would it really be any better if Julian didn't bother to post this thread? |

Turn it into the lost and found pweeze; its very unlikely that this person uses MI. Usually if an item is not claimed after a certain period of time, either the officer might look on it for information, put it into storage for the auction at the beginning of the year, or might contact you to give it to you as a finders reward? Might wanna inquire at their office (parking/security office) if you happen to be walking by thode/abb

Hey! It was my laptop! I am so glad you found it Julian. I cannot believe someone would actually put so much effort into finding the owner! All of you that replied to the post! Really! Thank you so much!
I am in my fourth year and I've never used MI before! Craziest coincidence. I met one of my friends today morning and I told her the story about how I left my laptop in the bus stop and she randomly said "someone posted about a laptop on MI yesterday"!! I never would have thought of checking MI myself!
I still can't believe it! Good to know that there are still so many good people!
