157 questions..that'll take a while to complete. Probably do it over winter break if I get the time, thanks for sharing this.

This thing needs some serious debugging.

- some questions don't show the textbox where I have to type the answer
- you cannot uncheck a box
- the social network question is broken. I checked "I do no use any social networks". Next question: "How many friends/followers do you have in social networks?"

What browser are you using? I didn't have any of these issues.

But yeah, there were definitely questions where a "not applicable" option would have been helpful.

We've now inlcuded a "not applicable" option to the questions where it seemed necessary. Thank you for pointing that out!

Most people have some degree of anxiety. It's biologically adaptive so you don't do stupid shit and die. It's only when it starts to interfere with your daily functioning that it's an issue.
