Free PDF Editor?
I'm looking for a free PDF editor where I can delete certain pages of a PDF, and also append an entire PDF file to another PDF file, and insert a PDF in the middle of another PDF.

I'm currently using a free version of PDF-Xchange, but unfortunately only the paid version allows the functions that I need.

Can anyone recommend any free PDF editors?

If it's for work, and essential, maybe you can get them reimburse you for buying a licence for PDF X-change Viewer? It's the best there is and sad that the only feature not available is adding/deleting/moving pages. If it's not that essential, maybe you can get away with using a "free" copy.

I worked at St.Joes Finance and needed it to work with scanned documents and my boss placed a request for a $200 or $300 adobe licence. And these are less than $50 but I don't know the details of your situation. Good luck!
