Lol, I'm holding one of those exact coupons in my hand currently, only instead of being exclusively at Union Market its for Shoppers and Cineplex. They were giving them out during Welcome Week (plus a bag of popcorn with each coupon).

I would recommend trying some of the Cineplex popcorn before stocking up on it, it has a weird dryness that bugs some people.
