French 1Z06
hey all,
I've been sick with something the past week and a half and to spare everyone from catching what i have, i've missed the past three classes
Could someone please tell me what lessons we have covered? And I'm assuming there's still class next Monday, right?

Thanks in advance!

There isn't class on Monday... classes end on Friday.

The exam is the same format as the midterm, with questions from Lessons 1-7, Quizzes 1-7, and Tests 1&2.

She is also holding extra office hours before the exam: Dec 14 10am-1pm, Dec 17 11am-2pm

Also on the exam, from what I heard from her today, 70% of the exam is 5-7, and 30% is 1-4.
And like the last test, questions are from the CD, and you only need about a 150 word paragraph on the Mirielle and Pierre going to the movies. If you can't remember whats happened, just make stuff up.
Also, if anyone has a copy of last year's midterm, it would be much appreciated if you PMed it . Not having a sample to practice on kills me.

From what the prof said yesterday in class, in the book of videos she showed us, there was one where they went to the movies. We are supposed to summarize it I think. If we forgot w/e, we make stuff up to get a decent sized 150 word paragraph. So we can prep for it right now

Two hours. Though she said it shouldn't take you more than a hour if you really know your stuff if I recall correctly.

sorry if the answer is very obvious ... but are we allowed to prepare a paragraph and bring it in the exam... or do we just prepare in our minds? Thank you so much.

I think I remember her saying that we can't bring it to the exam with us. So we'd have to memorize it.

I took this last year.. finished the midterm exam in roughly 15 - 20 mins.
I think there are past exams online too on the library website.
Goodluck
