For french 1z06 since its custom courseware is it necessary that we buy a new one this year (2010) one....or is it okay if i buy it off a friend, a (2009) one...cus i'm just wondering whether there is much of a difference.

For attendance and participating in class. When I had it, she never marked attendance so I don't know how she kept track.

On-topic: If you were told to get an iclicker...that might be how your prof will take attendence D: lololol which sucks. but yeah it should tell you what it is exactly for in the course syllabus. as for the courseware...an old one should be fine.
