Frost Week is similiar to Welcome Week, there are a bunch of events going on, most of them are free (either put on by the MSU or IRC) or require minimal coverage (usually an event at Quarters or something similar). You don't have to participate but there's usually something to do for every type of personality.
Capture the flag is just that ... it's a game, played in the middle of campus. You're divided up into teams, the object is the other teams flag.
Polar bear run... well you get into your undies (if you want) and you run a specific route that usually takes you around campus.
MSU olympics is modeled after the olympics in which teams (usually faculties) go against each other in specific tasks or games

I am really excited already! This seems like it's going to be a lot of fun, perhaps more than Welcome Week since your expectations are not as high as they were for Welcome Week.

Somebody say there's no class during some days in Frost Week, because I'd cry with happiness.

I imagine it will be somewhere either in front of BSB/JHE or on the street that's beside the art museum/mills courtyard.
I'm not sure about the team thing... maybe you'll get some sort of marker that says if you're on Team A or B..

I joined in on the capture the flag two years ago. It was divided by faculties, with some of them combined. It started in front of Mills. It may or may not be te same this year.
