Full Course??
I choose courses on Thursday the 28th and I want German 1Z06 as my one elective but I heard its already full. This really is shitty because I'm in Eng and we get 1/2 electives. Anyway I can get it, like email the linguistics department? Or am I shit out of luck? Thanks.

spots open up for nearly every class before september. you just have to keep checking when solar reopens in july / august. register in a placeholder for now, like econ or something, if it is indeed full when you get on solar.

They only open a certain number of seats every time SOLAR opens for a new faculty/year. So they will probably have some seats open for this course when SOLAR opens for you. If you are really really really fast you may be able to get a spot.

Otherwise it's just as yoni said, keep trying when SOLAR reopens in August seats are bound to open.
