I have had her as a prof for another health sociology related course. She doesnt have slides, she writes on the chalk board, she read fast off her printed papers so you gotta either record her or write fast. She will slow down if you ask her though and she will repeat if you missed something and you ask her. She is very open and will talk to you in office hours/before and after class if you need help clarifying something. She is lenient on assignments and will help you out in completion of them. Her readings were too much for me but if you love readings and can read and remember alot of details then you will do well in the course. Most people in the class ended with a B average and some A's. No one failed the midterm but there were some 50s.
Pretty much go to class and do your readings and take time doing essays and asking for help and you will get at least a 70%
