They do behavioral questions (S.T.A.R method). You can research more about it via Google.
They took the time to call me to tell me that the position I applied for was on hold and the interview was not the reason why I didn't get the job. Apparently they were on budget constraints at the time.
Ford Motor Company also adopted a similar approach if you ever got the interview there. I did and got the job.
