that depends on your interest. I'd say Geo 1HA3 since I've taken the course before and I personally love it.

Geo 1HA3 has much more components which allow you to bring your marks up where as the Anthro one has these papers which really need a lot of effort. I'd say Geo 1HA3 especially since Dr Peace is much more easier and so are the TA's

Agree with the above posters Geo 1ha3 is a safer bet compared to anthro 1aa3. I recommend taking the course with Dr Peace I took both geo 1ha3 and 1hb3 with Dr Peace and he has been my favourite prof in first year.

Dr. Mercier for Geo 1HA3 is fine as well. He's also really good, although he is a bit harder than Dr. Peace...

I took both courses, neither is particularly difficult. GEOG 1HA3 is a LOT more work but also more opportunities to make up marks, ANTHRO 1AA3 is a single paper, midterm, exam - lots of memorization but the subject matter is interesting.
