One of the best classes i have taken at Mac. The course is very interesting if you like urban geography things. lots of readings which relate to course material. Breakdown is: midterm, assignments(2x) and exam. Midterm is straightforward managed to get 95% on it and I didnt study that hard but I understood material well by attending lectures. Assignments were actually very good and the first one was actually fun, you have to use a computer program and simulate segregation, its pretty straightforward just read instructions and you should do fine. The second one is reading a book called "Sprawl" and pretty much summarizing it and explaining effects of sprawl.
