CLAY (Creating Leadership Amongst Youth) is a four-day three-night conference held in May that seeks to promote and build leadership philosophies amongst individuals in the high school age group. It is entirely developed and run by McMaster students and is the most awesome-tacularest fun EVER!
CLAY planning committees are getting started soon! To find out which committee you might like to get involved with, check out the CLAY general meeting on Wednesday, January 20th from 6-7PM in MDCL Room 1309.
The conference runs May 6th-9th so if you are interesting in being involved in the actual conference you must become involved in a committee first.
If you have any questions about the committees, come out to the general meeting and ask. The committees include: - Events
- Entertainment
- Manual
- Recruitment
- Spirit
- Fundraising
Also check out the facebook event for this meeting.

CLAY is amazing! I would definitely recommend everyone to volunteer for it. As staff you bond together really well and meet new friends at Mac, as well as mentor fantastic highschool delegates that come to have a great experience. It was one of the best highlights of my four years at Mac.
