I believe Square One - Hamilton GO Center still operates on weekends? You can stop at Columbia college (the first stop after 403 exit) and around 5-10 minutes walk to MAC. For Sundays I think there are GO runs from Square One to MAC.

It runs on Sunday to Hamilto GO and McMaster, but not Saturdays. Here: http://www.gotransit.com/publicroot/...&station=&new=
Someone told me before that the only way to do that on a weekend, is go to Toronto, then from Toronto take the bus or train to Hamilton GO. I'm not 100% sure about that though, but base on the website, looks like that's it :S

Another way is to get down to any of the stations on the Lakeshore West line (i.e. Oakville, Clarkson, Port Credit, Long Branch are the ones in and around Mississauga) and take the train westbound to Aldershot, where you can switch to a GO bus to the Hamilton GO Centre. From there, just catch a bus back to campus.
