starfish Elite Member Join Date: Aug 2012 Posts: 3,062 Thanked: 505 Times Liked: 572 Times	A 12 is 90.0 and above, and 89.666 falls below that - it's within the range of an 11 which is 85.0-89.9. It will not get automatically rounded by the registrar, however some profs will go through and bump people close to the cutoffs.
