Seriously? Okay. A diploid cell has 2 sets of chromosomes, i.e. it's a normal cell. Haploid cells on the other hand, have only 1 set of chromosomes and are exclusively sex cells i.e. sperm/eggs. With this knowledge I'm sure you can figure out what was implied.

no, I want him to be as clear as possible so there's absolutely no doubt about what he wants to say.

Not trying to sound like a dick, but I guarantee more then 90% of the people that signed up today would not donate their marrow if they were matched and contacted. Guaranteed.
