Glute ham raise machine
Hi, I'm wondering if the McMaster weight room has a glute ham raise machine, how many squat racks there are, if there are bumpers, etc. Thanks

Skip to 2:00 for a gym overview.
We have one glute ham raise station, about a 3/4 squat racks, two power cages with attached lifting platforms, and a large collection of bumper plates.

BTW If you see anyone shrugging or curling in the power cages... you have my permission to rear naked choke them.

There is always someone doing power cleans on the platforms when the gym is busy. I'm not too sure about lockers... if you google it well I'm sure it'll come up though as I found it a few weeks ago. From what I remember they rent them out in early September and you have to line up early to make sure you get one since they go fast.

But there are also Day Lockers which you can use, just bring your own lock. Of course you have to empty out the locker by the end of the day.

Two years ago I didn't have a problem finding a day locker, but last year it seems like they were all taken and it took me a while to find an empty one. I'm definitely going to try to get my own this year.
