Grade Change
Hi, I took a course in this summer term 2 and unfortunately one of the quizzes didn't export properly and ended up with an zero. As a result, my final grade dropped from A- to B. Therefore I reported to my professor about a week ago. I am wondering which department I should follow up with about the grade change? It's been more than a week already and my grade remains unchanged! Thank you.

You have to figure out if you're professor resent the grades. If he has then I'm not completely sure who you would have to ask. It's either academic advising or the registrar. Probably best to start with academic advising, they are probably less busy than the registrar at this time.

Grade changes are usually seen on the degree audit first, and then on the grade report. Currently, grades are updated every other Monday on the grade report.

Apparently it takes up to 2 weeks for grade changes to show on degree audit. Try contacting the course coordinator also. Is this an issue pressed by time? I.e. If an admission depends on this; Try going in in person if you can, as it's a busy time of the year and you're more likely to be helped that way.

Follow up with the professor, and then your appropriate faculty. If they need to contact the registrar, they will do so from there.
