Guys I'm positive that at least a few grades will be visible on your degree audit tonight. Don't listen to the foolish lady from the registrar's office.
They say this kind of stuff so that students don't bug them until then and they know for sure that all grades will be available to them by then.

I paid my full fees but had to drop a course in sem 1 and overloaded in sem 2. I now owe the university $330 for that. Does that mean i won't be able to see my marks?
If ^is true, can i do this-> Drop one of the courses so that the university owes me money instead, and that way i can see my marks tonight, and then once i see my mark, i go on solar and retake the course i dropped?

it doesnt matter if you paid your fees or not. you will still see your marks. trust me im in 4th year and i always wait for OSAP in Jan. to pay. They wont show you your April marks though if you havent paid by march

And most of the confusion regarding release dates, stems from the fact that the grades you'll see are tentative. They still need to be approved by the registrar, and may be adjusted. (I knew someone who saw a 9 in December, and wound up with an 11 on their finalized report).
Grades will be posted for a few days, but naturally, exams aren't graded / submitted over Christmas, so after the 25th or so, grades will stop being updated for the most part. The finalized grades will begin to be due on January 11th, and so that's when the grades will begin to be posted once more.

Yeah grades will be posted starting tonight/tomorrow, but they may not all be up until the 11th of January. People with an outstanding account can see their marks still, its only if you haven't paid by the end, like everyone said. Last year one of my marks was posted on Christmas Eve, but then nothing until January again. So if marks aren't up by Christmas, don't bother checking until the new year.

We should do the same thing as last year and have a single thread where we announce all the courses with marks up on MUGSI.

well i was going to say that someone should post once a day when they notice a mark is updated since marks are updated once a day. If everyone posta time a certain course is up, this forum will get long.
