Grade Report and Payment Agreement
Hey guys,
I just tried looking at my grades and it said my account was overdue. I went to look at the payment agreement and it says "Blocked". I was supposed to be going over the payment agreement tonight with my parents (I just got home) for summer school, and now I can't even accept it. What do I do? Am I kicked out of my summer session???

Go to your student account and see how much you owe the school (and pay it off). It may be that whatever you owe from the previous session is blocking you from signing up for the summer session.

How do I do that?
Also, I'm pretty sure I was able to access it yesterday or the day before...

From past experience, you have to first pay the overdue account by going to MUGSI ->My Student Accounts & Cashiers -> Pay your Account. Once you pay you have to wait a certain number of business days (can't remember how many) before they unblock your grade report and certain MUGSI features. If you can't wait, I suggest you call McMaster's customer support like I did and ask them to unblock you by verifying you paid. They can do it right away like they did for me, but make sure to do it on their business hours.

So do you think it's the summer school payment? Or something else? I can't even pay for summer school now because it's blocked :(

The website has always been the same. Follow those directions above. You can also view your student account on the same quick link section as "Pay your Account".

I think you may have an overdue amount from last session. I really doubt they would block both the grade report and the payment agreement if it was only the summer session. The easiest way to find out if by accessing your Student Account on MUGSI under the Student Account and Cashiers section.

https://adweb.cis.mcmaster.ca /cis/ahtml/login.htm
Click MUGSI, then login (If you haven't already), click Student Account and Cashiers on the left, click Student Account (or Pay your Account) on the right.
