Grade Reports (First Year)
Please bare with me (first year here)

When I try to access my grades on grade reports a message appears stating: The data you requested is NOT available. Record not found.

I am aware that I have an outstanding account balance however I have paid over half the amount. I am wondering if this is why I cannot access my grades or is this an external issue?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

.. a confused student

It just means that no record has been made yet. Its because they did not update any of your marks and so no record was started.

Wait a few days until some of your marks start getting into the system

Yeah I haven't got any of marks back, and I have outstanding tuition left. I guess I have to be patient -.-

I'm on the OSAP plan and I got my grades back with a "COM" for Science 2C00. The outstanding tuition may not be a factor in release

The outstanding tuition isn't a factor until next term.

I have the same problem when i try grade reports, but if you log onto mugsi and go to "my academics" then "degree audit" you might get a few results back (i only got two so you might have to wait for the rest, but at least you can find out how you did in a couple courses)
