I wholeheartedly agree, and wouldn't trust it for anything major (although that extends to so many media outlets nowadays). I just followed the Fark link there.

That's what I was thinking anyway.

I mean I suppose she has every right to go out on an early morning walk with her child but everyone else has every right to make coffee naked in their house too.

This is lame. Public nudity is illegal, private nudity is not. He shouldn't have even been arrested, this woman is responsible for what she and her child witness, don't look into people's windows early in the morning if you don't want to see naked people.

According to the video, they were actually standing on his lawn. If you watch at 1:03, they say that the woman and seven year old boy were cutting through his lawn when they spotted him. It doesn't say anything about whether the window could be viewed from the sidewalk or not, which would be a good question if they're trying to prove he wanted to be seen.

I don't really see the big deal. Don't look in other people's windows if you don't want to see someone naked. When I was younger (7ish), there was a neighbour who liked to go into his hot tub naked. He had a long porch, and the hot tub was on the far side of it from the door. He'd walk the whole length completely naked, regardless of the time of day. I just didn't look. Wasn't a hard concept to grasp!
