Reeves posted the titles above.
I dunno about good, but I remember enjoying them some 8-9 odd years ago.
I remembering liking 13 ghosts. Couldn't tell you what it's about though. I vaguely recall Matthew Lillard being in it, and that I hate Matthew Lillard. But even that may not be right.

Actually, to be honest, of all horror movies I have ever seen, I don't recall any being all that scary. They were all either sad, funny or just creepy (Dead Silence, only because of that damn clown). And yes, clowns terrify me. Except for It. Retarded movie.

Go back in time and watch poltergeist when you're like, 5.
You'll never want to see a TV with static or walk past your mirror ever again.
I was ACTUALLY traumatized for over a year. That shit was horrifying like words can't describe.

Well, I wouldn't really know what else to call it. Suspense/Thriller? Suspense/thrillers don't typically have that much blood or... suspense. Horror's a pretty broad category.

Horror IS broad. It can be Gore, it can be Thriller, Psychological Thriller, Suspense, REAL HORROR (those annoying movies with random things popping out of nowhere), musicals (hey, those ARE scary, especially High School Music *shudder*), TWILIGHT (seriously; how do you not find some gay sparkling vampire scary?)...

I found Event Horizon pretty scary.

On the topic of scary movies, has anyone ever seen that movie 'Mars Attacks'? I remember seeing it when I was 6 and being terrified. I saw it again recently and still don't really understand how it falls under the 'comedy' genre.

If you want a real messed up, distrubing movie I heard "Men Behind the Sun" is pretty scary. I haven't seen it and don't plan on it but apparently they use real human cadavers in it. By the sounds of it, I don't know if it would be considered "horror" or more like "sick and pretty f'ing twisted".

I'm sure I have but I don't remember. A quick youtube trailer search unveils a pretty sick cast, though. o_o

But to be more specific? Cube is AWESOME. More specifically, the first one. Also Canadian, I believe (big shocker there, lol)
House on Haunted Mansion? or something. Don't remember it too much.
And something with 13 in the title. And a glass house. Or something.
I just googled Cube and it sounds pretty interesting. Now I can't wait to watch it.
I remember watching House on Haunted Hill as a kid and finding it really scary and cool. I just watched it again recently and it was pretty tame.
One horror movie that I really want to watch is Ringu, the orginal Japanese version of The Ring. I saw a clip of the movie where the dead girl crawls out of the well and through the screen and boy is it way more terrifying/odd/creepy than Samara coming out of the screen in The Ring.
It's too bad that I can't find a copy of the movie anywhere. :(

I am not sure I wanna watch the Nightmare On Elm Street movies anymore... Not for the horror, but for the backstory.
