I assume that has nothing to do with the kind of history you're learning...and the fact that a hell of a lot of important history isn't included?

As far as I know, Bayfront is still on.
And no, it has nothing to do with what we're covering right now.

I'm pretty sure Bayfront is still on as well. I think I heard it as one of the 3 places that are having fireworks. The other two being Wonderland and Ontario Place.

I'm proud to be a canuck. :] It's not fun having a former-American boyfriend though, I told him Happy Canada Day this morning, and he's like "Yeah blow it out your *insert word here*, the 4th is what it's all about." Boo.

Woo, Canada is 142 years old! I wonder what they are going to do in 8 years. It's going to be crazy! (hopefully).
Awesome, I can already see fireworks everywhere around me! Lol

Was anyone in Ottawa yesterday?
It was amazing with Sarah McLachlan and a bunch of other performers! =D I'm so glad it didn't rain last night.
If you haven't checked out Canada Day in Ottawa...it's definitely a must-do!

Went at 1030, and at least 60 people in line. T_T
Then a few old friends show up, laugh at us, and tell me they are second in line. EPIC WIN
