I would say after finishing second year (I hear it's the hardest) that it definitely a lot of work, but it is enjoyable and it is definitely possible to do well in your classes. I would say the biochem courses are designed so that they are a LOT of work, but if you put effort into all of the pre labs and assignments you can easily get an 11 or 12 in the course. The other courses required are also very interesting and add a bit of perspective to the biochem world. Overall, I definitely recommend it and didn't think it was too hard. As long as you have a good work ethic (I'm sure you did if you've been accepted), then you will be fine.
