lol, I'm not even really that excited for the movie. I mean, I'll definitely go see it, but I'm pretty much over the series since the last book came out...

TRAITOR! Nah, just kidding. I know what you mean.. hence why I re-read the last book. I wanted to see if I still like the series.. and I do kinda. The movies are garbage but I'll be at the front of the line when it comes out sadly lol.

I'm a die hard fan. I don't think I'll EVER outgrow Harry Potter. I'll be trying to read it to my kids and they'll tell me I'm old school. That and anything by Jacquline Carey... but I won't read HER stuff to my kids...

Lovvvvve Harry P. The movies have gotten worse as time has gone on I think, and I hate that people think they *know* the books because they've watched the movies...but yeah I'll no doubt end up going to see it in theatres. Gotta have my HP fix.
What's everyone's fave book btw?
Mine was Azkaban for the longgggest time. But Deathly Hallows was hardcore...not to mention I worked at a bookstore in a small town, so we had like this huge harry potter themed street bazaar thing...so the memories were pretty intense. You all lined up for it that night, and i got paid to open boxes and give it to ppl, while simultaneously reserving myself a copy. Sick.

Deathly Hallows pacing was random and unlike Rowling... Half-Blood Prince will remain my favourite of all time. I don't care if Dumbledore died in it... it's got some of the best character development (of various characters) of all the books.
That being said, I agree with everyone else. The movies are terrible. I don't even spend the money to see them in theatres.
