they have it credited in my student accnt..but how do I get them to send me a cheque instead? Since all the fees are paid already..does it mean they will automatically send me a cheque at the end of the semester?

Any outstanding account balance will be deducted from your bursary and a
cheque for the balance will be mailed to you approximately four weeks after the payment date. Directly pulled from the website.
I've been waiting for 12 days since the last day they were to be sent out...

When bursaries were announced on mugsi, I was rejected but I got a bursary cheque today =)
