Weird, it's in my payment agreement too, but on the scholarship page it only said I was"eligible for consideration." I've applied the scholarship to my account balance and was able to reduce the amount owing.

Currently, the awarding process is on-going and final cut-offs have not been
determined; 'eligible for consideration' does not mean the scholarship will
be awarded. Awards are finalized the first week of August, check MUGSI
and/or send us any inquiries at that time.

My scholarships are all showing as "Awarded" now. The payment agreement probably just updates earlier than the Financial Aid & Scholarships page.

Mine has finally been updated to say "awarded" too, so you were right about the timing issue.
