If you check this: http://registrar.mcmaster.ca /regis...%20FINAL. pdf
it'll tell you you have to submit it by August 9th.

It will tell you on your payment agreement when you have to submit your payment by, it depends on the option you chose. If you're paying in full I think its due something like September 1st but if you've selected a different payment method it tells you when your payments will be due.
If you do pay in full and you're receiving OSAP or Scholarships or anything, you only have to pay the remaining balance on your payment agreement.

'Fees cleared' just means that you need to have confirmed your payment choice, you don't have to pay everything by August 9th.

The OP was asking about when to submit the payment agreement itself, not the payments.

One question about the flex plan options. How much is the interest if I were to choose Flex OSAP option?

Another question is, when do students see the update of their entrance scholarship in payment agreement?

It should show up sometime in the next 2 weeks or so, by mid-July.

Is the payment in full option for students that do not have OSAP, or can I pay in full with my OSAP money? I'm really confused about the different type of payment plans.

1.2% per month (it's a monthly compound interest).

Payment in full is for all students who can pay in one full payment which is due on September 1st. If you choose OSAP, your first entitlement will be deducted from your tuition and you will have to forward your OSAP to McMaster when you pick it up in September.

You can read information on each payment plan, there's a link to it from the payment agreement.

My schedule is a bit messed up right now, should I confirm the payment agreement or should I wait until I finalize my courses and then deal with the payment agreement?
