Health Sciences Application
Hey guys, I just had a question about the application form for first year students to transfer to Health Sciences. It says I need a reference, and I was wondering if you guys knew if having a TA as a reference is a good idea? This TA was my lab TA and he knows how I work in the lab. He also knows my grades pretty well and I already talked to him and he said he's fine with being my reference. Would it be better getting a professor? I've only really talked to one professor and he said to put him as my "c" option, so I'm assuming he really didn't want to be my reference.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Obviously the more the person knows you, the better reference they are. A TA you're well aquainted with is much better than a prof whos all 'meh' about the reference.

Yea that's true I guess. I was just thinking a professor holds more merit than a TA, but I'm gonna go with the TA anyways. Thanks for your help.

Is the TA a grad student or undergrad? It doesn't REALLY matter, but I think grad TAs would be a better option.
