I know this isn't the best place to post this kind of thread but I know that I can get a quick response from other here
I been having heart/chest pain for about a week now and it's getting worse
I went to see a doctor couple days ago and he said it's nothing major and it was just my rib contraction or something and said it would get better within a week or two.
The thing is it's getting worse and yesterday I couldn't sleep because of the pain
and right now it's hurting real bad
I know that I'm still young and nothing major such as heart attack is likely but the pain is really bad

I know this wasn't the best place to post this but any advice?

Go to Emergency.

I really don't know what other advice you were expecting.

Even if you go back to your family doctor or a walk-in clinic they will probably tell you to go to Emergency with chest pains.

I been to emergency that's where they told me it's just my rib contracting

If it's gotten worse in the past couple days, then you should go back to Emergency.
