Help~about "fees cleared"
Wednesday, August 11, 8:30 a.m.
SOLAR re-opens for those students previously registered and fees cleared
Monday, August 16, 12:01 a.m.
SOLAR re-opens for those students previously registered

what does ' fees cleared ' mean?
does it mean i have to pay the fees before aug11 so as to get the 're-open priority'? or just confirm the agreement?

I think that's just payment agreement , you have to pay by sept. 1

Yep that's exactly what it is. Once you have payed the fees/have confirmed a fee plan for the year, fees will be cleared !
