Today I submitted the supplementary application for Health science. After pressing submit the conformation page came on and I tried to change the coding of my page and the page became expired. I didnt get a change to print or write down the conformation number. Do they send you a email after you send the application with the conformation number? If they do I did not receiving it does that mean my application did not go through?

i didnt do a supplementary app for mac... but for the other unis yes they did send a confirmation email... and y were u messin wit the coding anyway?

kinda like how he talks about conformation

Apprently my browswer code changed to some other code and i just wanted to change it back to western since some of the words on my application wasnt displayed properly

In the year I applied (2008), they did NOT send a confirmation email after I submitted my supplementary application.
If you still want to confirm your submission and get the confirmation number, You can try calling the BHSc office at (905)525-9140 ext. 22815 on Monday.

you said that after you pressed submit, the confirmation page came on... that means they received your submission. the confirmation number isn't that important. calm down and give it a few months till they get back to you

unless you DIDN'T get a confirmation page after submitting... then that would be a different story.
